Delivery is free for all orders over £100. Below the minimum order value of £100 there is a charge of £6.66 + VAT.
Where possible, all orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered to you on a 1-3 day service during normal working hours. If you place an order on a Friday, delivery will be on the following Monday-Wednesday. Most of our orders are dispatched via DHL and may require a signature upon delivery or a photo is taken for proof of delivery. However, when you order, you are able to specify an alternative address in case it is more convenient for you to have your order delivered elsewhere or directly to site.
Guaranteed next day delivery options are usually available at a charge of £6.99 + VAT for all orders placed before 2pm.
Although the majority of orders are delivered in the morning, we cannot guarantee a time of arrival. At an additional cost we can arrange a timed delivery service if an order is particularly urgent. Please contact us on to arrange and to obtain a delivery cost.
Larger orders may be dispatched on pallets from our Stansted warehouse. Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times.
Self Collection from store: Should you wish to avoid delivery charges, you are welcome to collect you order from our Bishop's Stortford warehouse if arranged in advance.
We Deliver Almost Anywhere! We deliver to virtually all addresses within the UK, Northern Ireland and to BFPO addresses. We can also offer delivery to almost any other country. Handy Dryers are able to ship products to most parts of the world within a matter of days. Orders for Europe can be placed directly on-line or by telephoning our expert sales staff.
All orders outside of the UK carry a postage & packing charge of a minimum of £30.00. For VAT exempt customers, please telephone or email us and a special order will be prepared for you.
