We really do offer FREE repairs for life, together with up to 10 years full warranty on all eligible Handy Dryers units.
Handy Dryers are committed to supplying high-quality hand dryers designed to deliver reliable performance for years. Our products are selected and tested with long-term serviceability in mind, so customers can buy with confidence.
Our approach is simple: repair wherever practical rather than replace unnecessarily. That helps extend product life, reduce waste and provide a more sustainable, cost-effective service throughout the life of the dryer. During the applicable warranty period (upto 10 years on many products), a unit may be returned to Handy Dryers for repair or replacement free of charge. This includes covered parts and labour.
After the full warranty period has ended, our lifetime repair guarantee continues: Handy Dryers will cover the labour cost of qualifying repairs for the life of the product. You will only pay for any required parts and transportation. We will confirm any charge before work proceeds, so you can make an informed decision.

To qualify for the extended warranty and lifetime repair guarantee, the hand dryer must be installed by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with the manufacturer's installation guidelines. Please note: Hand dryers bought before 01 September 2026 do not qualify for the 10-year warranty but may be part of the 5-year warranty.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Those rights are not affected by these terms. All other product warranties are detailed on the relevant product pages.
Handy Dryers guarantees that covered hand dryers will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. To maintain cover the product must be installed, used, cleaned and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and any care guidance supplied with the unit.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by water ingress where the product is not designed or installed for that environment, accident, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, neglect, or damage beyond fair wear and tear. This includes the yearly replacement of HEPA filters in some hand dryers. Please note we do not offer a guarantee for lamps. Please identify clearly the area or part that has failed. All items must be returned in a clean, dry and sanitary condition, otherwise they may be returned to you without attention. The guarantee applies to the original end customer for whom the product was purchased and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or user.
Where a product has been purchased through a wholesaler, distributor or other reseller, proof of purchase will be needed.
Cover ends if the product is subsequently sold or otherwise transferred to another owner or user, unless Handy Dryers confirms otherwise in writing.
